Our Story
Peak Property Solutions, founded by Jason Wendlandt in 2024, marks a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. Though Jason is accustomed to turning his visions into successful ventures, this new undertaking represents a unique challenge.
In the fall of 2023, Jason, alongside a partner, acquired A1 Properties, a property management firm originally established in 2009 by Sam and Ada Lewin. When his partner stepped away in May 2024 to focus on other ventures, Jason seized the opportunity to redefine the company’s trajectory.
Teaming up with Maggie Fields, long-time property manager and Realtor turned Broker, Jason found a like-minded collaborator. Their combined expertise sparked the creation of Peak Property Solutions.
The rebranding of the company, set to launch on November 1, 2024, exactly one year after the acquisition, symbolizes both a strategic and emotional shift. Reflecting on his inaugural year in property management, Jason acknowledges the steep learning curve but is optimistic about the future, albeit with a few tweaks.
As we move into this new chapter, Jason is proud to introduce his dedicated team. As previously mentioned, Maggie Fields, a long-standing member of the A1 family who played a key role in building the Lewins’ business over the years, has rejoined the team and will step into the role of designated broker from Ada Lewin in November. Ada will continue to hold her license with the brokerage and is excited to see the company’s growth and success moving forward.
Laura Ruiz, a long-time employee and the backbone of the organization, will remain a vital part of the team and is looking forward to exploring new opportunities within real estate and marketing.
Jason is also delighted to welcome his wife and former A1 team member, Courtney Wendlandt, who will be joining as the company’s bookkeeper.
